Equipment Inventory

The main purpose of this program is to compare the inventory that is currently reflected in GDZ-ISIS against the physical inventory. If all yards/terminals are selected, it shows the most current inventory of containers in all yards. A specific yard/terminal can be selected as well to get detailed data per yard

In the header there are several selection options, such as status, chassis, special equipment(genset), third party containers. Information will be displayed based on this selection.

There are two sections: the detail Inventory and the Summary

For each tab, the data can be customized by going to View\Select Fields and selecting the columns that are needed based on the analysis. This information can be exported to excel

As options are selected, the corresponding columns are displayed in detail. Columns can be filtered, ordered in ascending/descending order, changed from position and grouped (example by status) as shown below

From the detail inventory view, the equipment master can be accessed by double-clicking on the line item. By right-clicking additional information pertaining to the highlighted container can be accessed as well

To compare physical inventory, use the option in the tool bar or from the File menu to perform this operation. Containers are compared against a container list that is read in with containers that are physically in that location

There are other options such as, on hire/off hire equipment, move container from one yard to another and create container moves
