Seafreight Line announces that the effective date for the Port Congestion Charge has been moved to December1, 2008 for cargo to La Guaira, Venezuela.

This charge is applicable to all Southbound and Northbound public and contractrates for dry and refrigerated cargo.

Port Congestion Charge will be as follows:

20’ Container	$150
40’ Container	$300
45’ Container	$350

An increase in the Port Congestion Charge will be effective on December 7, 2008 as follows.

20’ Container	$300
40’ Container	$600
45’ Container	$700
Vehicles under 730 cft	$300
B/B Cargo	$20 W/M
