Beginning November 20, 2009, when you book with Seafreight and you use Seatruck services, your Container will be issued a tracking number, this number will be emailed to you. When the Seatruck driver arrives to pick up the Container, he will have the tracking number and it should match your tracking number. The tracking number will be on the Seatruck bill of lading and you must verify this number. If the number is not the same, please call our Customer Service department immediately.
